PROVABLY FAIR
Every reveal is a commit-reveal roll anchored to on-chain VRF. The full probability curve is published below, and the server seed is revealed with every pull so you can recompute the result yourself.
Commit
Before you sign, the server hands you a SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed. It can’t change the seed after this.
Roll
Your burn triggers an on-chain Switchboard VRF roll, combined with the server seed, your client seed and a nonce.
Reveal
The server seed is revealed with your pull. Recompute the HMAC yourself and confirm the card was never rigged.
THE PUBLISHED CURVE
Probability of each tier by amount burned. Higher burns shift the mass upward — smoothly, no cliffs.
VERIFY A PULL
Don’t trust us — check the math yourself. Every reveal hands you its server seed, client seed and nonce. Paste them here and the same HMAC roll is recomputed in your browser — the tier it lands on will match your card exactly, proving the result was fixed before you burned and never tampered with.
